Compared to last week: Hay prices sold steady to firm. Demand for hay remains good to very good. Supplies are very tight. Heavy snow across much of the state has seen many looking to buy hay to make it to the grass season, and with supplies running short many are having to look out of state for enough supply. Delivered hay prices range from 175.00-210.00 in most cases. Straw supplies continue to run near zero. Straw prices sold steady on very light volume. All prices are dollars per ton and FOB unless otherwise noted.
