Snow/Precipitation Update Report for Thursday, December 12, 2019, snow
water equivalent basin index percentages were: Gunnison 106; Upper
Colorado 108; South Platte 124; Laramie and North Platte 113; Yampa and
White 118; Arkansas 112; Upper Rio Grande 115; San Miguel, Delores,
Animas and San Juan 120. The next available report will be Thursday,
