The USDA Wyoming NRCS Monday Morning Snow Report for April 17, 2017 has the Snake River Basin Snow Water Equivalent at 145%, the Madison River basin at 116%, the Yellowstone Basin at 135%, the Wind River Basin at 191%, the Bighorn Basin at 119%, the Shoshone River Basin at 142%, the Powder Basin at 100%, the Tongue Basin at 112%, the Belle Fourche Basin at 0%, the Cheyenne Basin at 0%, the Upper North Platte Basin at 93%, the Sweetwater Basin at 184%, the Lower North Platte Basin at 80% the Laramie Basin at 87%, the South Platte Basin at 110%, the Little Snake River Basin at 76%, the Upper Green Basin at 171% the Lower Green Basin at 141% and the Upper Bear Basin at 143% as a percent of the median of all SNOTEL sites in each basin compared to previous years.
