According to the Crop Progress Report July 22, 2019, in Tulare County, corn and
black-eyed beans continued to mature. Cotton was irrigated and cultivated. In
Fresno County, alfalfa and safflower continued to be harvested. Sorghum was
growing well. Hay is reported FOB the stack or barn unless otherwise noted.
