   Compared to last week, Alfalfa steady. Trade slow this week but some 
interest was noted by California buyers. Ample hay supplies, plentiful 
alternative feeds and low milk prices hurting hay movement. Retail/Feedstore 
not tested. Prices are dollars per ton and FOB the farm or ranch unless 
otherwise stated.
