For this week:  Hay prices were mostly steady to instances 10 dollars lower.  Looking
forward temperatures seem to increase slightly into the low 40's next week for the high
and the 20's for a low.

D1-D4 drought conditions remained steady this week at 6.70%. D0-D4 drought conditions
which includes (Abnormally Dry as D0) increased from 27.20% to 38.94% with the increase
being in the Northwestern portion of Iowa. Overall, the region was generally dry with
temperatures 7-to-17 degrees above normal.
