California Hay Report

  Compared to last week: All classes traded steady with good demand.  According 
to the NASS Crop Production report 8/10/18, California Alfalfa and Alfalfa 
Mixtures area harvested for 2018 is 730,000 with a yield of 3.70 vs 720,000 with 
a yield of 3.90 for 2017.  Hay is reported FOB the stack or barn unless 
otherwise noted.  Regions are defined at bottom of report.
