Cold, dry weather has once again entered the state and hay usage is very active. Wheat pasture conditions continue to deteriorate due to lack of moisture. Demand for grass hay has improved over the past two or three weeks in central and western Oklahoma. Demand and movement in most eastern counties light to moderate.
