Weekly Texas Hay Report

   Compared to last report:  All hay classes traded fully steady.  Supply 
was moderate on moderate to good demand as we head into fall.  Most of 
the state has received rainfall and fall-like temperatures in the 
Panhandle. Coastal Bermuda producers in the North, East and South are 
hopeful to get dried out this week in order to get a 4th cutting.  Some 
producers are battling army worms as well.  Prices for hay and pellets 
quoted per ton except where noted.

Panhandle/High Plains:
Alfalfa: Large Squares: Delivered: Premium to Supreme 270.00-300.00;
