Oklahoma Hay Market Report

Alfalfa trade was slow this week. Movement mostly moderate with bulk of
movement coming in from out of state. Demand was light to moderate. Dairy
demand remains mostly light. Grass hay demand was good but buyers very
selective towards quality. More winter weather including light snow is
forecast for the coming week.

Market News continues to maintain an online hay directory for both in-state
and out-of-state hay producers. The directories are on the ODAFF homepage
at www.oda.state.ok.us. Producers wishing to list hay are encouraged to call
