Compared to last week: All classes traded steady with moderate demand. Rain
and snow has impacted areas of California and the southern part of the state has
had issues with getting enough time between storms to accurately cure hay, or in
some cases getting rain damage to hay that has been laid down. Multiple sources
have had some weather that has impacted their hay crop, with more rain likely
over the weekend. Hay is reported FOB the stack or barn unless otherwise noted.
Regions are defined at bottom of report.
