Compared to last week: All classes traded steady with moderate to good demand.
According to Crop Progress report June 17, 2019, in the Sacramento Valley,
winter wheat and rice progressed well. Safflower progressed well in Kings
County. Cutting of alfalfa continued. In Tulare County, corn, cotton, and
safflower progressed well. Wheat and oats continued to be harvested. Silage
crops were being cut. In Fresno County, barley was harvested and cotton
progressed well. Hay is reported FOB the stack or barn unless otherwise noted.
