Weekly Texas Hay Report

  Compared to last report:  All hay remained steady on moderate movement.  
A wet and dreary week in the Panhandle had buyers stocking up on hay.  
Supplemental feeding is right around the corner with Fall temperatures in 
the low 60’s.  Recently planted winter wheat pastures were in good 
condition.  Plenty of hay should be available this year but quality may 
be an issue since the rains.  Prices for hay and pellets quoted per ton 
except where noted.

Panhandle/High Plains:
