According to the US drought Monitor, as of June 13, nearly all of the major
California reservoirs were above their historic average capacities (except
Perris and Cachuma in the south coast) while Sierra statewide average snow water
equivalent was at 8.4 inches, or 169% of normal. All hay is reported FOB the
