It appears that small square bales are still being held in tight supply by
individual producers. These bales continue to bring top dollar. It should
be noted however that both large rounds and squares are far out pricing
similar quality hay and straw that was being sold laste summer and fall.
Iowa's weather forecast for the next week indicates that temperatures should
be on the rise and rainfall should be limited.
