Week Ending Mar 22, 2019
Country roads firmed up in some portions of the state, allowing heavier loads
to begin to move again.MOre rain is expected over the weekend. It appeared that
more large bales were available this past week for sale. Prices on the lower quality
hay slid, however higher quality hay held their own. While it may apear that hay
prices were weakening, the prices this week more of an indicator of hay quality
than anything else.
