Compared to last week: Alfalfa hay sold steady. Demand
for squares to ship out of the state is good. Supplies
of hay in squares continues to be limited as a majority
has been sold. Demand for hay in rounds is light to
moderate. Good moisture conditions has several producers
optimistic over the upcoming hay season. Snow melt runoff
continues to be a concern. Straw sold steady. All prices
are dollars per ton and FOB unless otherwise noted.
